Das Traumferienhaus ist eine wirkliche Ocean Beauty, so modern und aufregend wie Kapstadt selbst. In einer ruhigen Nebenstraße, etwas außerhalb von Fish Hoek, am Berg in einer sehr sicheren und freundlichen Nachbarschaft, steht das Juwel.
Das Haus hat ungefähr 250qm reine Wohnfläche, plus 2 sehr grosse Terrassen, ein Pooldeck, Parkplatz und einen Aufzug. 1 Mainbedroom, 2 Guestrooms und einen kidsroom mit Stockbett. Ideal ist die Unterkunft für 4-6 Erwachsene oder 4 plus 2-3 Kinder. Maximal finden 6 Erwachsene und 2-3 Kinder, noch immer gemütlich, darin Platz.
Den Tag könnt Ihr mit einem erfrischenden Sprung in den Pool starten oder mutig den vielen morgenltichen Schwimmern und Buggyboardern im Meer folgen. Das macht richtig Spaß! Wie wäre es mit Yoga auf der Terrasse zum Sonnenaufgang oder ein Lauf/Joggen direkt vor der Tür entlang des herrlichen Küstenweges?

The dream holiday home is a real Ocean Beauty, as modern and exciting as Cape Town itself. In a quiet side street, just outside Fish Hoek, on the mountain in a very safe and friendly neighborhood, stands the jewel.
The house has about 250sqm of pure living space, plus 2 very large terraces, a pool deck, parking and an elevator. 1 Mainbedroom, 2 Guestrooms and a kidsroom with bunkbed. Ideal accommodation for 4-6 adults or 4 plus 2-3 children. Maximum 6 adults and 2-3 children can be accommodated, still comfortably.
You can start the day with a refreshing dive into the pool or bravely follow the many morning swimmers and buggy boarders in the sea. This is really fun! How about yoga on the terrace at sunrise or a run/jog directly in front of the door along the beautiful coastal path?
